New Mexico writers Melanie Unruh Rodriguez and Jennifer Simpson have just celebrated the first anniversary of their monthly box subscription that inspires, connects, and supports women who are creative writers.
Each month Plume, A Writers Companion features a successful woman writer. From award-winning poets to best-selling novelists, these women share their work with subscribers and offer advice on craft, the writing life, and how to balance family and jobs with creative goals. Along with a letter from a successful woman writer and a sample of her literary work, a basic subscription also includes writing prompts and treats. The Plume Plus subscription is chock full of additional specialty items.
Both subscriptions offer a monthly dose of creative inspiration. But Plume is more than a package that arrives in the mail. It is a community of creative women writers supported by a website, as well as social media.
